I am a beach lover. Walking in the sand, hearing the waves, smelling the sea…. it just makes me happy. I don’t know why. It just does. Every time. In the summer, I love warming up in the sun after cooling down in the water. In the winter, I love putting on a big coat and walking by the water. And any time in between, chances are I’ll take my shoes off and enjoy being barefoot in the sand. I have never been at a beach I didn’t like. There are some that I like better than others, but overall, being a the beach is better than not being at the beach. Makes sense, right?
So, whenever we are in Pont L’Abbe (Brittany/Bretagne), we have to make at least one trip to the beach. There are quite a few. La Torche is a beautiful, big one where you can see many, many surfers. And then there is a quiet, small one in Plobannalec-Lesconil that is perfect for winter walks. Check out some pics of this gorgeous Brittany beach below and go to my album on Facebook for more.

Stunning photos! I haven’t hear of Pont L’Abbe before, but it looks like a wonderful place to unwind and relax. I also love the beach but unfortunately don’t spend nearly enough time on a beach.

Me neither! My goal is one day to live much closer to one, so I can go just whenever I feel like. I don’t think I’d get tired of it… Do you live far from the beach?
